Billing questions

Where do I see the price?

On each product and app page — the price shown there is the current price you pay (in USD), including any active discount. Sales tax / VAT is calculated at checkout.

Who processes my payment?

Checkout is handled securely by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Your receipt and card statement will show Paddle.

How do subscriptions renew?

Plans marked “Recurring” renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel in My Zelmora → My subscriptions; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Plans marked “No auto-renew” are one payment for 1 month or 1 year of access (after the free trial, if there is one) and never charge you again.

How do free trials work?

Apps with a free trial show a gold “N-day free trial” badge. You add a payment method at checkout and pay nothing until the trial ends; cancel before then in My Zelmora → My subscriptions and you are never charged. One trial per account (and device) per app.

How do I cancel?

My Zelmora → My subscriptions → “Cancel”. Nothing renews after that and you keep access until the end of the period (or trial) you already have.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no reason needed. Open My Zelmora → Orders & billing, click “Request refund” on the payment and send it. The payment then shows “Refund requested”, and later “Refunded” (the money goes back to your original payment method through Paddle) or “Refund declined”. See our Refund Policy.

How long do I stay signed in?

You choose when you sign in: 24 hours, or “No auto logout” for 7 days. You can sign out other devices in My Zelmora → Account & security.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — My Zelmora → Account & security → “Delete account”. Your subscriptions and trials are cancelled automatically (no further charge), a copy of your data is emailed to you, then the account is deleted. Accounts with no active app subscription that are unused for 6 months are deleted too, after a reminder email with a data-export link 1 month before.

Where is my data stored?

Files and images are stored on Cloudflare R2. Your profile photo and the images you send in support chats are kept private: only you and the Zelmora team can see them. Full details: Privacy Policy.

Do you offer coupons?

Yes — newsletter subscribers get occasional codes. Enter the code at checkout, on the secure Paddle payment page (“Add discount”).
