Terms of Service

Last updated October 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Zelmora Studio for using our websites, your Zelmora account, our web apps and our digital products. Please read them before you buy. We have tried to keep them short and in plain language.

The short version

  • Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle charges you, handles tax and invoices, and processes refunds.
  • You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the Refund Policy.
  • Every product can be used for personal use. Commercial use is allowed only when the product page says so. Reselling, redistributing or sharing our files, apps or access is never allowed.
  • Recurring app plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time in My Zelmora. Plans marked no auto-renew are one payment for a fixed month or year. A free trial is once per account per app.
  • Our products are provided “as is”, and our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

1. Who we are

Zelmora Studio (“Zelmora”, “we”, “us”) is a brand operated by Farhan Farooq, a sole proprietor based in Lahore, Pakistan. These Terms cover zelmorastudio.com (our blog), shop.zelmorastudio.com (our shop), accounts.zelmorastudio.com (sign-in) and our web apps, such as the Wedding Planner (together, the “Services”).

Contact: support@zelmorastudio.com. We reply within 2 business days.

2. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, buying, downloading or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Usage Rights, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

To buy or to create an account you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Your Zelmora account

  • One Zelmora account works across the shop, the blog and our apps. Please give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • An account is for one person. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • You can see your recent sign-ins and signed-in devices, and sign out other devices, in My Zelmora.
  • After you sign in you choose how long you stay signed in: 24 hours (the default) or 7 days (“No auto logout”). After that you simply sign in again.
  • You can delete your account yourself in My Zelmora → Account & security → Delete account (your password is needed). Any running subscription or free trial is set to cancel at the end of its current period, so you are not charged again, and we email you an export of your data first.

4. Buying through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

  • When you buy, you buy from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to the payment. Paddle charges your payment method, calculates and collects sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and invoice, and processes refunds.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Tax, if any, is added at checkout. You will see the total and, for subscriptions, how often you will be charged before you confirm.
  • We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and Paddle will refund you in full.
  • After payment, your files appear in My Zelmora → Library and your apps under My Zelmora → Apps, usually within a minute.

5. Subscriptions

  • Recurring plans (for example, a web app billed monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • No auto-renew plans: some apps are sold as one payment for a fixed term (1 month or 1 year), shown as “no auto-renew” on the product page and at checkout. They never renew or charge you again; access ends when the term ends, and you can buy a new term at any time.
  • Free trials: where an app offers a free trial, you can take it once per Zelmora account per app (and not again from the same device with another account). You add a payment method at checkout but are charged only when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then in My Zelmora → My subscriptions. For a no-auto-renew plan with a trial, its one payment is taken when the trial ends.
  • An introductory discount (such as a lower first month) applies to the first billing period only, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • You can cancel at any time in My Zelmora → Orders & billing (“Manage subscription”), through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If we ever change the price of a subscription, we will tell you by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, or within 14 days of a subscription payment. The details, including how to ask, are in our Refund Policy. When a purchase is refunded, your right to use that product ends.

The quickest way: open My Zelmora → Orders & billing and choose Request refund on the payment. We review the request and, once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method.

7. How you may use our products

When you buy, subscribe or download for free, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product as described in our Usage Rights:

  • Personal use is always included, for every product and app.
  • Commercial use (your own business or client work) is included only when the product page says “Personal and commercial use allowed”.
  • Never allowed: reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, sharing or giving away our files, templates, apps, download links or account access, whether original or modified. This includes uploading them to marketplaces, print-on-demand stores, file-sharing sites or shared drives.
  • Web apps give you access to use the service with your own Zelmora account while your purchase or subscription is active. You do not receive the source code, and your access may not be shared.
  • The Wedding Planner is a consumer product for personal use only, for planning your own wedding or family event. It may not be used to run a planning business or to manage other people’s events.

8. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Services, our products, apps, designs, text, graphics, logos and the “Zelmora” name. Apart from the licence in section 7, no rights are transferred to you.

Content you add to our apps (for example, your guest list or budget) stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the app for you. You can export or delete it, or ask us to delete it.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • break the law or anyone’s rights, or use the Services to harass or harm others;
  • copy, scrape or bulk-download the Services, or try to get around download limits, access controls or security;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or copy our apps, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • upload malware or anything that could damage or overload our systems;
  • share your account or access with others, or create accounts to abuse free offers, coupons or refunds;
  • file a chargeback for a payment you made and a product you received, instead of asking us or Paddle for a refund.

10. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or close an account, or remove access to a product, if it is used in breach of these Terms (for example, reselling or sharing), for fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • If we close your account without you having broken these Terms, we will arrange a refund through Paddle for any unused, prepaid part of a subscription.
  • You can stop using the Services at any time and delete your account yourself in My Zelmora → Account & security, or ask us to close it by emailing support@zelmorastudio.com. Deleting cancels any running subscription or trial at the end of its current period (no further charges), and we email you a download link with an export of your data. Products you bought and downloaded before closing may still be used under our Usage Rights. Access to web apps ends when the account is closed.
  • Inactive accounts: if an account has no active web-app subscription for 6 months in a row, we delete it and its data. We email a reminder one month before, and a secure link to an export of your data (valid 30 days) just before deletion.
  • Sections 7 (the “never allowed” rules), 8, 11, 12, 13 and 16 continue to apply after your account ends.

11. Changes to our products and apps

We improve our products and apps over time and may change, update or retire them. Free products and free apps may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If we retire a paid subscription app, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and arrange a refund through Paddle for any unused, prepaid period.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

We work hard to make our products useful and reliable, but to the fullest extent permitted by law the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our planners, templates and apps are planning aids, not professional financial, legal or event-management advice. Please check important details (budgets, dates, vendor information) yourself, and keep your own copies or exports of important data.

This section does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including rights to a refund or replacement for products that are faulty or not as described.

13. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer law where you live.

14. Business customers

If you use our products for business, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs that result from your breach of these Terms or our Usage Rights (for example, reselling or redistributing our files). This section does not apply to consumers.

15. Third-party services

Some parts of the Services rely on other companies, for example Paddle for checkout and payments. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to what they do. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we link to.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. The payment itself, made with Paddle, is governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@zelmorastudio.com. Most issues can be solved quickly.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new products or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If we make an important change, we will tell registered customers by email or on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the Services before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively to purchases you have already made.

18. General

  • These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We may transfer this agreement to a business that takes over Zelmora Studio; we will tell you if that happens, and it will not reduce your rights.
  • These Terms are written in English. If a translation differs, the English version applies.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms: support@zelmorastudio.com. Questions about a payment or receipt can also go directly to Paddle at paddle.net.

Refunds (14 days)

Full refund within 14 days of any payment — no reason needed. Request it from My Zelmora → Orders & billing.

Inactive accounts (6 months)

An account is inactive while it has no active subscription to any of our web apps. After 6 months in a row without one, we delete the account and all its data. One month before, we email you a reminder; just before deletion we email you a secure download link (valid 30 days) with an export of your data, organised per app. After deletion the account cannot be restored; to come back, create a new account. Payment records are kept, without your name, where tax law requires.
